Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the required written transaction details, whichever is later. Longer cancellation periods apply where required by Israeli law. For change-of-mind cancellations, the statutory fee may be up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower. Return costs generally remain the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within the statutory timeframe.
Handmade variation does not remove cancellation rights. Exceptions may apply only to products made to your special measurements or requirements, as provided by law.
Contact us if your item is defective, damaged or does not match your order. Statutory rights apply, without change-of-mind cancellation fees or return costs. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Israeli law.
